http://www.irishmirror.ie - The dad of tragic Ask.fm suicide teen Hannah Smith says he is ready to FORGIVE the online trolls who hounded her to death.

David Smith, 45, urged the bullies to come forward so he can understand why his 14-year-old daughter took her own life.

Schoolgirl Hannah was found hanged in her bedroom by her sister at the family home in Lutterworth, Leics, earlier this month.

She was hounded by anonymous trolls in the months leading up to her death - with several messages urging her to kill herself.

The public outcry over her death led to Ask.fm bosses announcing several safety changes to their controversial website.

Lorry driver David said he would welcome the chance to come face-to-face with the people who bullied Hannah.

He said: “I would actually forgive them. They’d give me answers and tell me what they were thinking and why they did it.

“I personally believe that it was a teenage prank gone too far and got out of control. If it was a teenager, then they must be feeling so guilty.
